2. Project Boards

Use Done-For-You (DFY) boards to manage deliverables, deadlines, and daily actions. Stay organized, deliver faster, and scale without breaking the backend.

2

3. Use “Procedures” to Launch Task Sets

Procedures are pre-built task templates that fire off entire to-do lists—manually or automatically. Tag a client, trigger a flow, save hours.

3

4. Templates = Repeatable Efficiency

Create a task once. Add files, details, everything. Then “Save as Template” and deploy it anytime. Why start from scratch?

4

5. “All Tasks” = Global Visibility

Every task. Every board. One master view. No more blind spots.

5

6. Time to Create a New Project Let’s build your first board.

6

Each task is a card with details, tags, and assignees. Move it across columns as you work. It’s fast. It’s visual. It works.

11

12. Add Project Stages as Columns To-Do, In Progress, Review, Done—whatever fits your flow.

12

13. Use Search & Filters Like a Pro Search by title or filter by due date, tag, contact, or priority. No wasted time.

13

14. List View = Checklist Mode

Tasks in a neat vertical list. Fast to scan, faster to complete.

14

15. Table View = Spreadsheet Power

Rows and columns with full task data. Sort, filter, manage at scale.

16. Calendar View = Timeline Clarity

Visualize deadlines on a calendar. Plan your week or month at a glance.

16

17. Requests List = Your Incoming Queue

See what tasks or projects have been requested from others. It’s your project inbox.

17

18. Dashboard = Mission Control

Get the big picture: completed, in-progress, overdue. All your KPIs in one place.

18

19. Files = One Central Library

All uploaded files from every task, in one spot. No digging required.

19

20. Notifications = Real-Time Awareness

Stay updated when tasks are assigned, updated, or commented on. No surprises.

20

21. Settings That Give You Control

- Task Nomenclature: Rename tasks to match your lingo—cards, tickets, whatever.

- Task Actions: Trigger automations when tasks move or change.

- General Settings: Control views, permissions, and board defaults.

21

22. Share Boards + Create Request Forms Let clients submit requests directly. For more, check out the “Project Requests” demo.

22

23. Automations = Your Silent Operators

Trigger tasks, move cards, send alerts, assign work, even create PIN-protected requests. Set it up once, let it run forever.

23

24. Task Forms = Smart Intake

Custom fields to capture exactly what you need on every task. No vague requests allowed.

24

25. Email Templates (Optional)

Pre-written notifications to save time. But pro tip? Use Chat OS or in-app alerts. They’re faster and more direct.

25

26. You’re Fully Dialed In You now have a high-performance project board system. Use it to streamline delivery, scale services, and run your business like an operator—not a firefighter.
